Inverted hanging type construction method for cross-layer steel truss
The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure construction, and discloses a cross-layer steel truss inverted hanging type construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction of steel frames at the two ends of a roof cross-layer truss; s2, a roof cross-layer truss is hoisted; s3, the davit is installed; s4, hoisting of a lower-layer floor truss; and S5, secondary steel member construction. According to the construction method, the roof cross-layer truss is hoisted firstly, then the floor truss on the lower layer is hoisted, an inverted hoisting method is adopted, a traditional construction method from bottom to top is eradicated, and the situation that when the steel structure on the upper layer is hoisted, a temporary support needs to penetrate through the formed steel structure on the lower layer, and consequently construction is difficult is avoided. When the davit is installed, the davit bears axial tension, a lateral stable support does not need to be additionally arranged on the davit, and the stability of the davit is not affected.
本发明涉及钢结构施工技术领域,公开了一种跨层钢桁架倒吊式施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1:屋顶跨层桁架两端钢框架的施工;S2:屋顶跨层桁架的吊装;S3:安装吊柱;S4:下层楼面桁架的吊装;S5:次钢构件的施工。本发明中的施工方法先吊装屋顶跨层桁架,再吊装下层的楼面桁架,采用倒吊法,杜绝传统的从下至上的施工方法,避免吊装上层钢结构时,临时支撑需穿过下层已成型的钢结构,导致施工困难。并且在进行吊柱的安装时,吊柱承受轴向拉力,无需对吊柱另设置侧向稳固支撑,吊柱的稳定性不受影响。
