Fabricated self-insulation steel plate shear wall
An assembly type self-heat-preservation steel plate shear wall comprises a shear wall frame, a shear wall body, heat preservation materials and connecting pieces. The shear wall frame is a rectangular frame, the two shear walls are symmetrically arranged in the shear wall frame in parallel, and the space between the two shear walls is filled with the heat preservation material. The upper end and the lower end of the shear wall are fixedly connected with the shear wall frame through connecting pieces. The thermal insulation material is embedded into the shear wall, so that heat dissipation of the wall body is reduced; and meanwhile, internal heat preservation is adopted, so that the potential safety hazard that the heat preservation plate falls off due to an external heat preservation mode can be effectively solved. The shear wall is formed by vertically placing or horizontally placing the channel steel subunits and splicing the channel steel subunits through the fasteners, the steel plate shear wall with the stiffening ribs is formed, and residual stress caused by welding of the stiffening ribs is reduced.
一种装配式自保温钢板剪力墙,包括剪力墙框架、剪力墙、保温材料和连接件;剪力墙框架为矩形框架,两块剪力墙平行对称设置在剪力墙框架内部,保温材料填充在两块剪力墙之间;剪力墙的上下端均通过连接件和剪力墙框架固定连接。本发明在剪力墙内部嵌入保温材料,减少了墙体散热;同时采用的为内保温,可以有效解决外保温形式引起的保温板脱落的安全隐患。本发明剪力墙采用槽钢子单元竖向放置或水平放置,通过紧固件拼接而成,形成带加劲肋的钢板剪力墙,降低焊接加劲肋所带来的残余应力。
