According to the construction method, the tapestry bricks and the GFRC required by design are effectively cast in situ and combined into a whole according to tapestry brick typesetting, entity lofting and forming mold manufacturing, and the GFRC keels are connected with the steel trusses, so that the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
本发明涉及钢结构的施工技术领域,具体是一种钢结构上GRFC与饰面砖一体化挂板的施工方法;包括根据饰面砖排布深化图,在PVC板块上雕刻出每个编号板块的形状,清理干净后,在其上进行硅胶塑形及石膏底座制作,最后将PVC板块取出,对制作好的模具进行清理并修边;在模具上进行饰面砖码放及勾缝处理,完成后进行GFRC的喷制;对现有钢结构进行辅助钢架焊接施工采取从一侧自下而上进行安装;GFRC板安装就位、校正完成后,及时焊接固定。本施工方法根据饰面砖排版及实体放样,制作定型模具,将设计所要求的饰面砖与GFRC有效现浇组合成为一体,并利用GFRC龙骨与钢桁架进行连接,可以有效的缩短施工工期,降低工人劳动强度。
