The invention relates to a thin ventilation skylight system for a factory building. A ventilation system is installed on a supporting cross beam arranged at the top end of the factory building. The waterproof device is characterized by comprising a waterproof groove, a rain baffle, a waterproof groove pressing frame, a supporting plate, a communicating rod, a transparent valve plate, a buckle unit and a valve plate driving module; a plane plate is adopted for die punch forming, modular batch production can be achieved, the production efficiency is high, and pre-assembly is not needed; after punch forming is completed, a product can be formed only through bending operation, and the product can be installed by directly crossing the waterproof groove; the buckle units are more convenient to connect and disassemble, so that the mounting efficiency is improved; the communicating rods are connected to the supporting plates in series, the communicating rods arranged up and down are used for installing a rain baffle structure, and the staggered cloth baffles can guide rainwater into the waterproof groove on one hand and facilitate light to penetrate through the light-permeable valve plate for lighting on the other hand; the valve plate driving module can drive the light-transmitting plate to be opened to achieve ventilation.
