According to the BIM model of the unitized cornice, a beam plate structure, a roof plate structure and a unitized cornice structure are obtained through steel bar lap joint; concrete pouring is conducted on the beam plate structure, the roof plate structure and the unitized cornice structure; the steps are repeated in sequence, and all the cornices are poured; the balance support is dismantled; according to the method, the problem that the use of the cornice is affected due to cracks on an integrated structure caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the cornice formed through pouring can be solved.
