The rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a mounting beam, the mounting beam is rotatably connected with a plurality of groups of driving shafts, the driving shafts are connected with blades, all the blades are arranged on the same side of the driving shafts, and a limiting hole is formed in the bottom end of the balcony; the multiple sets of driving shafts are driven by a third driving mechanism to rotate.
