The invention provides a cantilever frame structure for supporting a scaffold, and solves the problems that the construction cost is relatively high and the construction efficiency is relatively low due to the fact that most connecting parts of a cantilever frame for supporting the scaffold and a wall body are mounted in a pre-embedded manner and the cantilever frame which extends out in a suspended manner needs to be cut after construction is completed. Each component is of a detachable and attachable structure (the second overhanging pipes with different lengths can be installed according to the supporting requirements of the scaffold, and a proper amount of second supporting square pipes are installed on the second overhanging pipes), and after construction is completed, each component can be detached and recycled, so that the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the embedded pipe is embedded in the wall body and is not exposed, the embedded pipe does not need to be cut after construction is completed, and the construction speed is higher.
