The invention discloses a cleaning and repairing method for a building wall surface. The cleaning and repairing method comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning stains on a surface layer; s2, desalting the wall surface by using a pasty material; s3, repairing holes, cracks or surfaces of the wall stone; and S4, jointing gaps among the wall surface stones, and then integrally curtain-coating a water repellent. The inorganic grouting material and the surface layer repairing material with specific components are adopted for repairing holes, cracks, surface layers and the like of the wall surface stone, stone diseases are scientifically treated, the original truth of a building is guaranteed, and reversibility and readability are achieved.
