The insulating sliding rod is used for connecting the two groups of sound insulation plates and is in sliding fit with the baffle plate; the power generation assembly is used for providing electric energy; ventilation pipe assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the inner sound insulation glass in a penetrating mode.
