The invention discloses a functional carbon-reducing auxiliary agent for reducing carbon emission of concrete and a preparation method of the functional carbon-reducing auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, 10-40 parts of tetra calcium aluminoferrite, 8-16 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-20 parts of an air entraining agent, 5-20 parts of a reinforcing agent and 20-50 parts of an adhesive. Tetraethoxysilane and tetracalcium aluminoferrite in the auxiliary agent are combined for use, so that the mechanical property of the concrete prepared by taking the machine-made sand as aggregate can be remarkably enhanced, and synergistic interaction is realized; sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and modified rosin powder are used as composite air entraining agents, so that the slump of concrete slurry is improved; and the modified epoxy resin and the modified water glass are used as a composite adhesive, so that the static compressive elastic modulus of the concrete is improved.
