The invention discloses a copper tailing-slag-based geopolymer for a rigid concrete pavement and a preparation process of the copper tailing-slag-based geopolymer, and relates to the technical field of industrial solid waste resource utilization and environmental protection. 15 to 20 parts of a copper tailing-slag geopolymer; and 10 to 15 parts of water. The aggregate comprises the following material components in parts by mass: 56-60 parts of coarse aggregate; and 40-44 parts of fine aggregate. The copper tailing-slag geopolymer comprises the following substance components in parts by mass: 4-6 parts of copper tailings; 4-6 parts of slag; 3-4 parts of an alkali activator; and 2.8 to 3.2 parts of water. The copper tailing-slag geopolymer is used for replacing cement to serve as a gel material to be applied to a rigid concrete pavement, on the basis that the performance of the road cementing material is guaranteed, the using amount of cement in engineering is reduced, the influence of a large amount of CO2 discharged in the cement production and using process on environment pollution is reduced, solid waste such as the copper tailings and the slag is effectively treated, and the economic benefit is increased. And efficient and safe utilization of tailings resources such as copper tailings is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于刚性混凝土路面的铜尾矿‑矿渣基地质聚合物及其制备工艺,涉及工业固体废物资源化利用和环境保护技术领域,包括如下质量份的物质组分:集料100份;铜尾矿‑矿渣地质聚合物15~20份;水10~15份。集料包括如下质量份的物质组分:粗集料56~60份;细集料40~44份。铜尾矿‑矿渣地质聚合物包括如下质量份的物质组分:铜尾矿4~6份;矿渣4~6份;碱激发剂3~4份;水2.8~3.2份。本发明用铜尾矿‑矿渣地聚物替代水泥作为凝胶材料应用于刚性混凝土路面,在保证路用胶结料性能的基础上,减少工程中水泥的用量,降低水泥的生产、使用过程中排放大量CO2对环境造成污染的影响,有效处理铜尾矿、矿渣等固废,实现铜尾矿等尾矿类资源的高效安全化利用。
