Bagasse ash-metakaolin-based geopolymer repair mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses bagasse ash-metakaolin-based geopolymer repair mortar and a preparation method thereof. The bagasse ash-metakaolin-based geopolymer repair mortar comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 9-10% of bagasse ash, 9-10% of metakaolin, 0-3% of slag, 0-3% of cement, 56.5-59% of standard sand, 1.3-1.5% of an expanding agent, 15.5-16.5% of water glass, 2-2.5% of sodium hydroxide and 2-2.5% of water. The bagasse ash is obtained through pretreatment of calcining for 2 hours at 600 DEG C in an industrial combustion furnace and then grinding for 3 hours through a ball mill, and the particle size of the bagasse ash is 5-100 microns. According to the present invention, the renewable resources are adopted as the raw materials, such that the green environmental protection is provided, the preparation method is simple, the characteristics of high strength, small shrinkage and high corrosion resistance coefficient are provided, the strong adhesion with the cement-based material is provided, and the material can be used for reinforcement and repair engineering.
本发明公开了一种甘蔗渣灰‑偏高岭土基地质聚合物修补砂浆及其制备方法,按质量配比为:甘蔗渣灰9~10%、偏高岭土9~10%、矿渣0~3%、水泥0~3%、标准砂56.5~59%、膨胀剂1.3~1.5%、水玻璃15.5~16.5%、氢氧化钠2~2.5%以及水2~2.5%;所述甘蔗渣灰经过工业燃烧炉中600℃煅烧2h,后经过球磨机研磨3h的预处理获得,其粒径为5~100μm。本发明利用再生资源作为原料,绿色环保,制备方法简单,具有强度高、收缩小、抗蚀系数高的特点,并且与水泥基材料间具有较强的粘结能力,可用于加固修补工程。
