Prestress construction method for simply-supported box girder
The invention discloses a simply-supported box girder prestress construction method which is used for conducting prestress construction on a box girder and comprises the steps that in prestress construction, a steel strand disc is cut into a plurality of steel strands with the specified length; a plurality of steel strands penetrate through the holes in the combing plate in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the corresponding steel strands are marked according to the colors of the holes; then welding the front ends of a plurality of steel strands to form a steel strand bundle; the steel strand bundle is pulled so that the steel strand bundle can penetrate through the pre-stress hole channel; the steel strand bundle is tensioned according to a preset tensioning value; after tensioning is completed, grouting is conducted in the prestressed duct according to a preset pressure value; and finally, beam body end sealing operation is carried out on the parts, exposed out of the two ends of the prestressed duct, of the steel strand bundle. An operator can confirm whether the steel strand bundle in the prestressed duct is wound or not through the marks on the steel strand, and meanwhile, the tensioning value and the grouting pressure value can be accurately controlled, so that the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction benefit is effectively improved.
本发明公开一种简支箱梁预应力施工方法,用于对箱梁进行预应力施工,在预应力施工中,先将钢绞线盘切割成规定长度的多根钢绞线;再将多根钢绞线一一对应地穿过梳束板上的各个孔洞,根据孔洞的颜色标记对应的钢绞线;然后焊接多根钢绞线的前端以形成钢绞线束;牵引钢绞线束以使钢绞线束穿过预应力孔道;按预设张拉值张拉所述钢绞线束;张拉完成后按预设压力值向预应力孔道内压浆;最后在钢绞线束露出于预应力孔道的两端的部分进行梁体封端作业。作业人员能够通过钢绞线上的标记确认预应力孔道中的钢绞线束是否发生缠绕,同时能够精准控制张拉值和灌浆压力值,从而保证施工质量,有效地提高施工效益。
