Core-through hoisting construction method for small prefabricated box girder
The invention discloses a cross-core hoisting construction method for a small prefabricated box girder. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a pair of cross-core holes used for installing a hoisting tool is reserved in each of the two ends of a top plate of the small prefabricated box girder; 2, the lifting appliance comprises a fixed seat located on the top plate of the small box girder, a base plate located below the top plate, a lifting rod, nuts, a stress pin and a lifting belt, the lifting rod of the lifting appliance penetrates through the fixed seat, the center hole and the base plate, the nut is screwed at the upper end and the lower end of the lifting rod to fix the fixed seat on the top plate of the small box girder, and the lower end of the lifting belt is connected with the fixed seat through the stress pin; the upper end of the sling is connected with hoisting equipment; and 3, lifting the top plate of the small box girder to the required height by using hoisting equipment. According to the method, the through hole is formed in the top plate of the prefabricated small box girder, and a lifting appliance lifting rod penetrates through the hole for lifting during lifting, so that extrusion and friction of a steel wire rope to the side surface of the box girder in a traditional method are avoided, the risks of damage to the box girder and maintenance and replacement of the steel wire rope are reduced, and auxiliary equipment and manpower resources required during lifting are saved; and the construction cost and potential safety hazards are reduced.
