The invention relates to an external prestressing tendon steering combined type frame structure which comprises a post-pouring concrete frame and a steel box structure, the post-pouring concrete frame comprises a bottom, the bottom end of the bottom is used for being connected with an original concrete box girder through embedded steel bars, and a steering device is arranged in the bottom; the top end, the bottom end and the two sides of the steel box structure are used for being connected with original concrete box girders, and the steel box structure is fixed to the top end of the bottom. The structure composed of the steel box structure and the post-cast concrete frame is large in overall rigidity, part of vertical component force of external prestress can be directly transmitted to the top and bottom plates of an original concrete box girder through the steel box structure, and the number of embedded steel bars needed when the steering device is connected with the original concrete box girder is greatly reduced; the problem that large-area damage of an original structure is caused or a large number of steel bars cannot be planted due to position conflict with internal prestressing tendons in an original concrete box girder is avoided.
