The invention provides a river channel emptied side slope repairing structure which comprises a plurality of foundation fixing columns vertically fixed to a river bed of a river channel and sequentially arranged along a river channel side slope corresponding to a to-be-repaired underwater emptied area. The pouring formwork is vertically laid on the multiple foundation fixing columns, the two ends of the pouring formwork extend to river side slopes corresponding to the underwater emptying area to be repaired, and the pouring formwork integrally wraps the underwater emptying area to be repaired; the concrete structure is formed by solidifying underwater non-dispersible concrete which is poured and filled between the underwater emptying area to be repaired and the pouring template; according to the method, the river slope is rapidly repaired through the pouring formwork integrally covering the underwater emptying area to be repaired and the concrete structure formed by pouring the underwater non-dispersible concrete, the structure is stable, construction is convenient, and the problem that the stability of the slope is affected due to the fact that the river slope is scoured by river water carrying a large amount of sandy cobbles in a river is solved; and the life and property safety of people can be ensured.
