The invention discloses a construction method for conducting soft soil foundation treatment through solid waste cemented recycled coarse aggregate. According to the method, novel salty mud is injected into the upper portion of a pile body through a porous grouting pipe to excite fly ash cementing liquid. According to the cementing fluid, the salty mud industrial solid waste is used as a main alkaline exciting agent, desulfurized gypsum is used as an auxiliary material, active SiO2 in the fly ash is excited, hydrated calcium silicate (H-C-S) with the cementing capacity is generated, solid waste excitation by solid waste is achieved, and the problems of high energy consumption, high emission, environmental pollution and the like caused by using a traditional cementing material are solved.
