本发明公开了一种高强混凝土管桩的接桩器、接桩结构及制备方法,把高强混凝土管桩(PHC)的桩端嵌入接桩器的接桩空间之间,并在接桩空间之间和接桩盘的底面焊接径向放射形式分布的肋板,增强接桩器的刚度,防止接桩盘翘曲变形;通过预应力锥形螺栓件对抗弯剪增强组件施加预紧应力可消除接桩间隙,抗弯剪增强组件起到与高强混凝土管桩(PHC)中主钢筋相同的抗弯增强作用,并承担剪切力,避免接桩螺栓受剪破坏,大大增强接桩处薄弱部位的抗弯‑剪变形能力,避免接桩处薄弱部位受弯曲变形和剪切错动引起的断桩现象,满足开挖支护桩抗弯曲和剪切变形的使用要求。
