The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and provides a double-wheel milling grooving machine which comprises a working device, the working device is suitable for conducting grooving operation in a guide groove filled with slurry, the working device comprises two milling wheels, a gear box, a circulating oil way and a driving pump, the milling wheels are connected with an output shaft of the gear box, and an oil outlet is formed in the bottom of the gear box; an oil return opening is formed in the top of the gear box; the circulating oil way makes contact with mud, the first end of the circulating oil way is connected with the oil outlet, and the second end of the circulating oil way is connected with the oil return opening. The driving pump is arranged on the circulating oil way and used for driving gear oil of the gearbox to flow along the circulating oil way so that heat exchange can be conducted between the gear oil and the slurry. The gear oil passing through the circulating oil path can exchange heat with external mud, so that the gear oil is cooled, the temperature of the gear oil can be prevented from being too high, the temperature of the gear oil can be reduced without reducing the operating power of the gear box, the service life of the gear box and the gear oil can be prolonged, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
