The invention relates to a domestic sewage filtering and purifying treatment device which comprises a vegetable washing sink, a butt joint mechanism and a detachable filtering basket, the butt joint mechanism comprises a butt joint pipe arranged in a mounting hole in a penetrating mode, and an opening in the upper end of the butt joint pipe is located in the vegetable washing sink and provided with a shielding ring assembly; the shielding ring assembly can be switched between an expanded state and a contracted state, the filtering basket can be installed in the shielding ring assembly in the expanded state, and the shielding ring assembly in the contracted state is used for temporarily filtering sewage. The elastic gauze can temporarily filter an opening in the upper end of the butt-joint pipe, residues are prevented from being discharged into a sewer, the filter basket is fixedly bound through the elastic rope, the installation stability of the filter basket can be improved, and the situation that under disturbance of water flow, a gap is generated between the filter basket and the butt-joint pipe, and consequently the residues are discharged from the gap is avoided; according to the technical scheme, the reliability of residue filtration and purification can be greatly improved.
