Pipeline replacement equipment and using method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of underground drainage pipeline replacement, and aims to provide pipeline replacement equipment and a use method thereof. The pipeline replacement equipment is low in construction noise, good in cutting effect and short in construction time, and the cutting mechanism does not need to be replaced regularly. The pipeline replacement equipment comprises a shell, a cutting mechanism, a waste conveying mechanism and a jacking mechanism. The cutting mechanism comprises a water jet cutting assembly arranged at the front end of the shell. The waste conveying mechanism is arranged in the shell and used for conveying the cut pipeline blocks to the rear end of the shell from the water jet cutting assembly. The driving end of the jacking mechanism can abut against the rear end of the shell so as to push the shell to move in the direction away from the jacking mechanism. The problems that in the prior art, reinforced concrete pipeline replacement equipment needs to utilize an air pick or a cone to powerfully crush the pipe wall, the crushing effect is poor, the construction time is long, the construction noise is huge, and cutters are prone to abrasion and need to be replaced regularly are solved.
本发明涉及地下排水管道更换技术领域,其目的是提供一种管道更换设备及其使用方法。这种管道更换设备施工噪音小、切割效果好、施工时间较短而且不需定期更换切割机构。上述管道更换设备包括:壳体、切割机构、废料运输机构和顶进机构;切割机构包括设置于壳体前端的水射流切割组件;废料运输机构设置于壳体内,废料运输机构用于将切割后的管道块体从水射流切割组件处运输至壳体的后端;顶进机构的驱动端可与壳体的后端抵接,以推动壳体朝远离顶进机构的方向移动。本发明解决了现有技术中的钢筋混凝土管道更换设备需利用风镐或者牙轮强力破碎管壁,破碎效果差、施工时间较长、施工噪音巨大,且刀具易磨损需定期更换的问题。
