The breathing type wall enclosure structure comprises an interlayer hollow wall base body, an upper airflow control module, a condensation and dehumidification module and a lower airflow control module. The interlayer hollow wall body base body sequentially comprises a porous breathable concrete wall plate, an air interlayer and a common concrete wall plate from inside to outside, the porous breathable concrete wall plate is fixedly connected with the common concrete wall plate, and a module mounting hole channel completely penetrating through the thickness of the wall plate is formed in the common concrete wall plate; the upper airflow control module and the lower airflow control module are installed on the upper side and the lower side of the condensation and dehumidification module respectively and are jointly installed in the module installation hole channel. The technical defects of a traditional breathing wall in the aspect of temperature and humidity cooperative control are overcome, and the indoor hot and humid environment can be improved while the service life of the wall body is prolonged.
