Self-leveling-free plastic floor
The invention provides a self-leveling-free plastic floor, relates to the technical field of composite materials, and aims to solve the technical problems that some existing plastic floors in the prior art are relatively poor in strength, and the ground needs to be changed into a self-flowing vehicle for treatment during laying. The plastic floor comprises a surface layer part, a reinforcing layer part and an elastic buffer layer, wherein the surface layer part comprises a first surface layer and a second surface layer which are arranged in sequence; the reinforcing layer part comprises a first reinforcing layer, a second reinforcing layer and a third reinforcing layer which are sequentially arranged. The first surface layer is a PVC transparent layer; the second surface layer is a PVC wear-resistant layer; the first reinforcing layer is a high-density resin reinforcing layer; the second reinforcing layer is a double-layer glass fiber stable layer; the third reinforcing layer is a gridding cloth fiber reinforcing layer; and the elastic buffer layer is a foaming layer. The thickness of the surface layer part and the thickness of the reinforcing layer part are increased, so that the plastic floor is not prone to deformation, and when the plastic floor is applied, the floor can be paved at will without being a self-leveling floor; the elastic buffer layer becomes soft and can cope with the uneven degree of the ground.
本发明提供一种免自流平塑胶地板,涉及复合材料技术领域,以解决现有技术中存在的现有的一些塑胶地板,强度相对较差,铺设时需要对地面必须改做自流车处理的技术问题。该塑胶地板包括面层部、加强层部以及弹性缓冲层,面层部包括依次设置的第一面层和第二面层;加强层部包括依次设置的第一加强层、第二加强层以及第三加强层。第一面层为PVC透明层;第二面层为PVC耐磨层;第一加强层为高密度树脂加强层;第二加强层为双层玻璃纤维稳定层;第三加强层为网格布纤维加强层;弹性缓冲层为发泡层。本发明通过增加面层部和加强层部的厚度,使得塑胶地板不易发生变形,应用时地面可以不做自流平地面,任意铺装;弹性缓冲层变软能应对地面的不平程度。
