The vertical distance adjusting assembly is connected with the horizontal distance adjusting assembly, the vertical distance adjusting assembly is connected with a second planet wheel assembly, and the vertical distance adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the position of the second planet wheel assembly in the vertical direction. The hanging basket device can ensure that the hanging basket stably and safely spans a cavity structure of an outer wall surface.
