Assembling method of aluminum alloy prefabricated formwork
A splicing method of an aluminum alloy prefabricated formwork relates to the technical field of formworks, and comprises the following steps: bending and binding wall steel bars in advance, then mounting according to a positioning line, splicing wall column formworks with narrower diameters on two sides of the wall steel bars, mounting inverted triangular support rods between the wall column formworks, and filling gaps between the wall column formworks. The method comprises the following steps of: mounting an inverted triangular support rod on a wall column template to form a polygonal structure close to an arc, mounting an aluminum alloy thin plate among the wall column template, the inverted triangular support rod and a wall surface steel bar, bending the aluminum alloy thin plate to form a curve which has a right angle with the polygonal structure of the wall column template, and pouring concrete, so that the problem that the aluminum alloy template cannot splice a wall body with a radian is solved; according to different angles of wall surfaces, the aluminum alloy formworks are rotated to different angles, and inverted triangular supporting rods matched with the aluminum alloy formworks are installed in the intervals, so that the aluminum alloy formworks can be matched with the angles of the wall bodies, and use is convenient.
一种铝合金预制模板的拼装方法,涉及模板技术领域,通过将墙面钢筋进行预先曲折进行绑扎,然后根据定位线安装,并将直径较窄的墙柱模板拼装在墙面钢筋的两侧,并在墙柱模板之间安装倒三角支撑杆,将墙柱模板间的缝隙进行填充,形成接近于弧形的多边形结构,之后在墙柱模板和倒三角支撑杆与墙面钢筋之间安装铝合金薄板,使铝合金薄板曲折成与墙柱模板多边形结构一直角度的曲性,然后在浇筑混凝土,解决了铝合金模板对于具有弧度的墙体无法拼接的问题,并且根据墙面角度的不同,将铝合金模板转动成不同角度,并在间距中安装可以与其适配的倒三角支撑杆,从而使铝合金模板可以与墙体角度进行适配,便于使用。
