Temporary supporting device of cantilever floor slab
The invention relates to a temporary supporting device for an overhanging floor slab, and belongs to the technical field of temporary supporting of floor slabs, the temporary supporting device comprises a mounting plate, a sliding block, a stepping motor, a fixed inclined supporting plate, a movable inclined supporting plate and a bearing plate, and a sliding groove is formed in the top face of the mounting plate in the length direction of the mounting plate; the sliding block is slidably connected into the sliding groove. The stepping motor is fixed to the mounting plate and can drive the sliding block to slide in the length direction of the sliding groove. The bottom end of the fixed inclined supporting plate is obliquely fixed to the sliding block. The movable inclined supporting plate is fixed to the fixed inclined supporting plate in an up-down moving mode. The bearing plate is fixed to the top end of the movable inclined supporting plate. The stepping motor is used for driving the sliding block to move in the length direction of the sliding groove, the supporting position of the bearing plate can be synchronously adjusted, and therefore the cantilever floor supporting device adapts to supporting cantilever floors of different lengths; meanwhile, the fixing height of the movable inclined supporting plate is adjusted through the bolts, the nuts and the gaskets, the supporting height of the bearing plate can be changed, and therefore the supporting device adapts to supporting of cantilever floor slabs with different heights.
本发明涉及一种悬挑楼板的临时支撑装置,属于楼板临时支撑技术领域,包括:安装板、滑块、步进电机、固定斜撑板、移动斜撑板及承托板,安装板的顶面设有沿其长度方向布置的滑槽;滑块滑动连接在滑槽内;步进电机固定在安装板上且可带动滑块沿滑槽的长度方向滑动;固定斜撑板的底端倾斜固定在滑块上;移动斜撑板上下活动固定在固定斜撑板上;承托板固定在移动斜撑板的顶端。本发明利用步进电机带动滑块沿滑槽的长度方向移动位置,可以同步调整承托板的支撑位置,从而适应支撑不同长度的悬挑楼板;同时,利用螺栓、螺母和垫片调整移动斜撑板的固定高度,可以改变承托板的支撑高度,从而适应支撑不同高度的悬挑楼板。
