Moving seats are arranged on the positioning frames in a sliding fit manner; the positioning frames are rotationally connected with storage mechanisms; and guardrail auxiliary mounting mechanisms are rotationally connected to the interiors of the positioning frames. The extension length of the spacing adjusting rod is adjusted by rotating the adjusting sleeve, so that the technical problems in the prior art are effectively solved, and the mounting efficiency of the handrail is improved; meanwhile, by arranging a positioning frame and a positioning plate, the stability of the guardrail is kept, and the device is suitable for guardrails of different sizes; in addition, storage of the moving seat and the grip is achieved through the storage mechanism, carrying and transportation of the device are facilitated, meanwhile, time and labor are saved for the moving seat, manual lifting is not needed, and the guardrail is more convenient to install.
