The invention relates to a mute parting strip for a door and window conversion frame. The parting strips are arranged at the splicing gaps of the conversion frame and the glass fixing frame, sealing of the splicing gaps is achieved, part of noise can be isolated through conventional sealing rubber strips and heat insulation strips, the added parting strips can obstruct residual noise, and therefore the silencing effect is achieved. Different from conventional sealing rubber strips and heat insulation strips made of nylon materials, the parting strips are made of aluminum alloy materials, and are good in corrosion resistance, not prone to deformation and durable in use.
