The invention discloses a pressure water stop type roller shutter flood-proof integrated door which comprises a door groove, a roller shutter, a water baffle and a pressing mechanism. A hoisting structure is arranged at the bottom of the roller shutter and connected with a water baffle, the water baffle comprises a rigid main body frame and water stop rubber arranged at the bottom of the main body frame, meanwhile, an anti-falling mechanism is further fixed in the main body frame, and after the roller shutter hoists the water baffle to the top of a gate groove, a hydraulic telescopic rod of the anti-falling mechanism stretches out to prevent the water baffle from falling off. The anti-falling pin penetrates through round pin holes in the two sides of the water baffle and is directly clamped in an anti-falling pin hole reserved in a gate groove. The pressing mechanism is fixed to the lower portion of the gate groove and used for pressing the water baffle, and water is prevented from permeating from the contact position of the gate groove and the water baffle. The water baffle tightly presses the ground through gravity, and water is prevented from permeating from the contact position of the water baffle and the ground. The existing subway entrance and exit is slightly changed, the subway entrance and exit can be effectively prevented from flowing backwards while the attractiveness of the subway entrance and exit is not affected, and underground equipment and the travel safety of citizens are protected.
