A photoelectric energy-saving glass curtain wall relates to the technical field of constructional engineering and comprises outer frame bodies, first tempered glass and second tempered glass are arranged in the outer frame bodies, a cavity is formed between the first tempered glass and the second tempered glass, and a photoelectric assembly is arranged between every two vertically adjacent outer frame bodies. The solar cell panel is provided with a photoelectric assembly, the photoelectric assembly is driven by a power mechanism to extend out of the position between the two outer frame bodies, a heating pipe is arranged at the top in each outer frame body, and the heating pipes are connected with an external compressed air device through air inlet pipes, and the solar cell panel is driven by the power mechanism to extend out of the position between the upper and lower adjacent outer frame bodies. The solar cell panel is parallel to the ground, heat of sunlight irradiated to the solar cell panel is better than the angle perpendicular to the ground, more heat is absorbed, sight cannot be blocked, and indoor lighting cannot be affected.
