The star-shaped branched fiber comprises a main branch and a plurality of auxiliary branches; a plurality of nodes connected with the auxiliary branches are arranged along the length direction of the main branches; a single auxiliary branch or a plurality of auxiliary branches are arranged on each node, so that a multi-point multi-branch star-shaped branched fiber or a multi-point single-branch star-shaped branched fiber is formed. The star-shaped branched fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 900-1200 parts of a cementing material; 900 to 1200 parts of aggregate; 180 to 190 parts of water; 60 to 70 parts of fiber; the fiber special for the concrete with the star-shaped branched structure accounts for 10%-100% of the fiber content; and 10-15 parts of a water reducing agent. By adding the star-shaped branched fibers, the tensile capacity of the concrete is improved, the multi-axis tensile property of the oriented fiber concrete is improved, the characteristic that the multi-axis tensile capacity of the oriented fiber concrete is poor is improved, and the oriented fiber concrete has the characteristics of good bending impact resistance, corrosion resistance and high durability.
