The invention relates to high-performance sea sand concrete with chloride ion curing capacity and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance sea sand concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260 to 300 parts of cementing material, 400 to 500 parts of fine aggregate, 1000 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate, 200 to 220 parts of seawater, 3 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 1 to 3 parts of defoaming agent, 80 to 90 parts of rubber powder, 0 to 10 parts of water glass, 1 to 2 parts of chloride ion curing agent and 3 to 7 parts of synthetic fiber. The cementing material comprises Portland cement, silica fume and a viscosity-reducing reinforcing agent; the fine aggregate is natural sea sand, and the coarse aggregate is crushed gangue. The water glass is used for modifying the rubber powder, so that the compactness of the concrete is enhanced, a chloride ion migration channel is blocked, the activity of a cementing material is excited through the water glass, the concrete is promoted to generate more hydration products in the early stage, and the chloride ion curing capacity of the concrete is improved; the concrete disclosed by the invention has excellent toughness and chloride ion curing capacity, and is also excellent, simple in preparation process and low in cost.
