The invention relates to high-strength anti-cracking self-compacting concrete for a wind power concrete tower drum and application of the high-strength anti-cracking self-compacting concrete, the self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following raw materials according to the dosage per cubic meter: 340 to 460kg of cement, 170 to 261kg of mineral admixture, 700 to 850kg of machine-made sand, 850 to 950kg of gravel, 0 to 40kg of shrinkage reducing component, 0 to 7kg of fiber, 8 to 15kg of water reducing agent and 130 to 150kg of water, the mineral admixture is a combination of any more than three of fly ash, volcanic ash, silica fume, metakaolin, microbeads and limestone powder. The self-compacting concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small shrinkage, excellent later-stage crack resistance, low cracking area and excellent early-stage crack resistance, and can solve the problems of large shrinkage deformation, easiness in cracking and the like of high-strength concrete caused by oversize cementing materials, high hydration heat and atrocious weather conditions such as high temperature, dryness, strong wind, sunlight and the like; and therefore, the safety and reliability of the wind power concrete tower drum in the operation process are improved.
