The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, an auxiliary platform is constructed, the movable pile driving platform is assembled on the auxiliary platform, a track pile group is arranged on one side of the auxiliary platform, a pile conveying track is installed on the track pile group, and a pile conveying trolley is installed on the pile conveying track; s2, the single steel pipe pile is carried to the pile lifting range through the pile conveying trolley, the steel pipe pile is lifted and conveyed into the corresponding pile gripper for pile sinking, and after the steel pipe pile is lifted, the pile conveying trolley returns to the starting point to continue the next pile conveying operation; s3, the step S2 is repeated until all the steel pipe piles on the span of the movable piling platform are constructed, and a pile conveying rail is arranged in an extending mode; s4, the movable piling platform is driven to advance by one span, and the steps S2 to S3 are repeated for pile sinking construction of the next span of steel pipe piles; and S5, the step S4 is repeated till construction of all the steel pipe piles is completed.
