The invention discloses a construction method for accelerating a high-span area structure at high and low spans of a basement bottom plate. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, designing a retaining wall; 2, earthwork slope excavation is carried out; step 3, constructing a bottom plate in a low-span area; 4, constructing a retaining wall; step 5, waterproof construction and profile steel support installation; 6, earthwork backfilling and low-span area outer wall construction are conducted; step 7, bottom plate construction in a high-span area and beam plate construction in a low-span area; 8, high-low cross-region synchronous construction is carried out; the prefabricated retaining wall and the corresponding inclined strut are additionally arranged on the outer side of the outer wall of the low-span area, so that earthwork backfilling can be conducted in advance in the earthwork sloping area at the high-span and low-span joint, operation conditions are provided for construction of the high-span area and a bottom plate, the construction progress of the high-span area is accelerated, the same-layer structure of the high-span area and the low-span area can be constructed synchronously, and the construction efficiency is improved.
