Integrated aluminum mold-superposed shear wall
The invention discloses an integrated aluminum formwork-superposed shear wall which comprises a single-face prefabricated concrete wall plate. The reinforcement cage is poured and fixed on the surface of one side of the single-sided prefabricated concrete wallboard; the multiple opposite-pull connecting pieces are arranged on the surface of the side, connected with the reinforcement cage, of the single-face prefabricated concrete wall plate, and one ends of the multiple opposite-pull connecting pieces are fixed into the single-face prefabricated concrete wall plate. The number of the aluminum formwork single bodies is multiple, the multiple aluminum formwork single bodies are spliced in a butt joint mode, splicing seams correspond to the ends, away from the single-face prefabricated concrete wall plate, of the multiple opposite-pulling connecting pieces, the multiple aluminum formwork single bodies are connected through the aluminum formwork connecting pieces to form an integrated structure, and the aluminum formwork single bodies and the opposite-pulling connecting pieces are connected in a fastened mode through the aluminum formwork connecting pieces. The strength and ductility of the concrete layer are improved, and transportation and hoisting are facilitated; the aluminum formwork single bodies can be detachably connected with the opposite-pulling connecting pieces through the aluminum formwork connecting pieces, so that the superimposed shear wall is more stable and firmer, and the overall anti-seismic property is improved.
本发明公开了一种集成式铝模‑叠合剪力墙,包括单面预制混凝土墙板;钢筋笼浇筑固定在单面预制混凝土墙板的一侧表面;对拉连接件的数量为多个,且布置在单面预制混凝土墙板连接钢筋笼的一侧表面,多个对拉连接件一端固定在单面预制混凝土墙板内;铝模板单体的数量为多块,多块铝模板单体对接拼装,且拼缝对应在多个对拉连接件远离单面预制混凝土墙板的一端,多块铝模板单体之间通过铝模连接件连接形成一体结构,且铝模连接件将多块铝模板单体与对拉连接件紧固连接。本发明提高混凝土层的强度和延性,利于运输和吊装;铝模板单体可以通过铝模连接件与多个对拉连接件可拆卸连接,使得叠合剪力墙更加稳定和结实,增加了整体的抗震性能。
