The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube reinforced composite structure column which comprises a steel tube and a high-strength concrete layer. The steel pipe is wrapped with the high-strength concrete layer, the steel pipe and the high-strength concrete layer are coaxially arranged, and the upper end or the lower end of the steel pipe axially extends and extends out of the high-strength concrete layer; the high-strength concrete layer is provided with longitudinal steel bars, and the upper ends or the lower ends of the longitudinal steel bars axially extend out of the high-strength concrete layer.
