The unpowered air cap comprises a pulley head, a variable-angle pipe neck, a waterproof base, a spiral pneumatic mechanism, a rotary spraying mechanism, a screw rod, an upper support and a lower support. The spiral pneumatic mechanism is arranged in the variable-angle pipe neck and is fixedly connected with the screw rod; the rotary spraying mechanism is arranged in the pulley head, fixedly connected with the upper support and capable of synchronously rotating along with the pulley head. According to the unpowered air cap, the spiral pneumatic mechanism is arranged, upward smoke can be guided to rotate, wind power is generated, power supplement can be provided when natural wind does not exist or is weak, the pulley head is driven to rotate from the interior, and the smoke exhaust effect is improved; the rotary spraying mechanism is arranged and used for conducting rotary spraying under the assistance of natural wind or a spiral pneumatic mechanism, the wall faces of a public flue and a pulley head are scoured, and flue scaling cleaning and pulley head self-cleaning are achieved.
