Water inlet valve and anti-siphon structure thereof
The anti-siphon structure of the water inlet valve comprises a valve body and a gland fixedly connected to the top of the valve body, a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel are formed in the valve body, an anti-siphon air inlet is formed in the top of the gland, and the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are communicated with the anti-siphon air inlet; the water inlet valve further comprises a movable part arranged at an outlet of the water inlet channel, the movable part is provided with a flange extending outwards in the radial direction and a through hole penetrating in the axial direction, the anti-siphon air inlet is communicated with the water inlet channel through the through hole, and when the water inlet valve stops water, the flange seals the outlet of the water inlet channel. The position of an outlet of the through hole is higher than that of an outlet of the water inlet channel; when water enters the water inlet valve, the movable part moves upwards to abut against the gland, an outlet of the through hole of the movable part is sealed by the gland, and the water flows into the water outlet channel from the water inlet channel. According to the anti-siphon structure of the water inlet valve, the height of the CL line is determined according to the position of the outlet of the through hole of the movable part, and the position of the CL line is effectively raised.
本发明公开了一种进水阀的防虹吸结构,包括:阀体和固定连接在所述阀体顶部的压盖,所述阀体内设有进水通道、出水通道,所述压盖的顶部设有防虹吸进气口,所述进水通道和出水通道与所述防虹吸进气口相通;还包括设置在所述进水通道出口的活动件,所述活动件具有径向向外延伸的凸缘和沿轴向贯穿的通孔,所述防虹吸进气口通过所述通孔与所述进水通道连通,所述进水阀止水时,所述凸缘密封所述进水通道出口,且所述通孔出口的位置高于所述进水通道出口的位置;所述进水阀进水时,所述活动件上移抵靠在所述压盖上,所述活动件的通孔出口被所述压盖密封,水从所述进水通道流入出水通道。本发明的进水阀防虹吸结构,CL线的高度依活动件的通孔出口的位置决定,有效提高了CL线的位置。
