The invention relates to a titanium gypsum resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and pulping a byproduct yellow ferrous iron in a sulfuric acid method titanium dioxide process and titanium gypsum, adding fluorine-containing wastewater during pulping, and controlling the pH value of slurry to be 2.8-4.1; 2) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the slurry to obtain recycled gypsum and a primary solution; the primary solution is used for preparing ferrous sulfate heptahydrate or polyferric sulfate. According to the method, waste is treated by waste in the sulfuric acid method titanium dioxide process, the input cost is low, the process is simple, the problem of stockpiling of various hazardous wastes is solved, recycling of resources is achieved, and the method has high popularization value.
本发明涉及一种钛石膏资源化利用的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将硫酸法钛白粉工艺中副产的黄亚铁与钛石膏混合打浆,打浆时加入含氟废水,控制料浆pH值为2.8‑4.1;2)料浆进行固液分离,得到回收石膏和一次溶液;一次溶液用于制备七水硫酸亚铁或聚合硫酸铁。本发明在硫酸法钛白粉工艺中实现以废制废,投入成本低,工艺简单,既解决了多种危废的堆存难题,又实现了资源的回收利用,具有较高的推广价值。
