The aggregate comprises sintered ceramic sand; the sintered ceramic sand comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of hard refractory clay, 15-30 parts of coal gangue and 2-5 parts of an additive; the sand-based breathable anti-seepage active composite material prepared according to the formula has the excellent properties of good anti-seepage performance, pressure resistance, wear resistance and good breathability.
