The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a, welding the positioning hoop A (8) and the positioning hoop B (7) on the bottom plate (9); b, inserting the outer mold (2) and the inner mold (3) between a positioning hoop A (8) and a positioning hoop B (7); c, placing the top positioning hoop (1) between the outer mold and the inner mold (3); d, concrete (4) is poured; and e, removing the mold. The construction method comprises the following steps: a, putting the first section of protection pier on the observation scale bottom plate; b, the lower end of the second section of protection pier is installed above the first section of protection pier; and c, repeating the step b. The problem that an existing settlement observation marker post is prone to rolling displacement and damage caused by mechanical collision is solved.
本发明涉及一种填方路基沉降观测标标尺保护墩、制作方法和施工方法,保护墩包括内模(3),内模(3)下端大于或等于内模(3)上端与其两倍壁厚之和,且外壁设有混凝土(4),混凝土(4)低于内模(3)。制作方法包括步骤:a、在底板(9)上焊接定位箍A(8)和定位箍B(7);b、将外模(2)和内模(3)插入定位箍A(8)、定位箍B(7)之间;c、将顶部定位箍(1)置于外模和内模(3)之间;d、浇筑混凝土(4);e、拆模。施工方法包括步骤:a、将第一节保护墩放在观测标尺底板上;b、将第二节保护墩下端安在第一节保护墩上方;c、重复步骤b。解决现有沉降观测标杆易碾压位移,机械碰撞造成标杆损坏的问题。
