Soft foundation treatment structure with sand cushion replaced by composite drainage cushion and design method
The invention provides a soft foundation treatment structure with a sand cushion replaced by a composite drainage cushion and a design method. The structure comprises a soft soil layer, transverse filter pipes connected to water vapor separation tanks and a centralized control room on the two sides of a roadbed are laid on the soft soil layer, arrayed plastic drainage plates which vertically penetrate into the soft soil layer and are distributed at equal intervals are laid below the transverse filter pipes, composite drainage pads are laid on the plastic drainage plates, and the composite drainage pads are laid to film pressing ditches on the two sides of the roadbed. Geotextile and a vacuum film are paved on the composite drainage pad, an embankment filling layer is filled above the vacuum film, and a pavement structure layer is paved above the embankment filling layer. The design method comprises the following steps: measuring the compressive strength and the water discharge amount of the composite drainage pad; and after the standard is reached, the composite drainage pad is used for replacing a soft foundation treatment structure of a sand cushion layer. According to the scheme, the drainage consolidation efficiency can be improved, and the workload and economic cost of soft foundation treatment are greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种复合排水垫替代砂垫层的软基处理结构及设计方法。结构包括:软土层,软土层上铺有接至路基两侧水汽分离罐和集中控制室的横向滤管,横向滤管下方铺设竖向深入软土层的等距离分布的阵列塑料排水板,塑料排水板上铺设有复合排水垫,复合排水垫铺至路基两侧压膜沟,复合排水垫上铺有土工布和真空膜,真空膜上方填筑路堤填土层,路堤填土层上方铺设路面结构层。设计方法包括:对复合排水垫进行抗压强度和通水量测定;达标后,使用复合排水垫替代砂垫层的软基处理结构。本方案可以提高排水固结效率,大大减少软基处理的工作量和经济成本。
