The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall joint anti-streaming flexible water bag system and a construction method. The system comprises a flexible water bag, a top and bottom opening sealing structure, a flexible water bag protection structure, a water pump, a flow meter, a pressure gauge and a control cabinet; a flexible water bag with a sealed top opening and a sealed bottom opening is fixed to the outer side of a steel plate at an underground diaphragm wall joint, the flexible water bag is synchronously installed along with a reinforcement cage, before concrete is poured, water is synchronously injected into the flexible water bag through a booster pump, meanwhile, the injected water amount and water pressure are monitored through a flow meter and a pressure meter, and the water injection stopping time is controlled through the water amount index and the pressure index; before the rear row width concrete is poured, water in the flexible water bag is pumped out, and the pumped water can be reused. The water injection flexible water bag is adopted to cut off a concrete streaming path, the synchronous water injection system can ensure that the load of the flexible water bag on the diaphragm wall joint is uniformly changed, the reinforcement cage is always located in the center of the groove section, water in the flexible water bag can be repeatedly used, the engineering quality can be effectively improved, and wide application prospects are achieved.
