The invention discloses a pile stabilizing device for installing an offshore wind power single pile foundation. The pile stabilizing device comprises a guide module, a limiting centering module, a length adjusting module and a negative pressure anchoring module. The guide module comprises a guide cylinder; the limiting and centering module comprises an upper limiting and centering module and a lower limiting and centering module which are the same in structure; the upper limiting and centering module comprises a main cylinder; the length adjusting module comprises a length adjusting cylinder; the negative pressure anchoring module comprises a negative pressure barrel and an inner barrel coaxially arranged in an inner cavity of the negative pressure barrel. A plurality of steel plates are radially and uniformly connected between the inner surface of the negative pressure barrel and the outer surface of the inner barrel, so that a plurality of negative pressure anchoring areas are formed between the negative pressure barrel and the inner barrel; a guide cylinder of the guide module, a main cylinder body of the upper limiting centering module, a length adjusting cylinder body of the length adjusting module, a main cylinder body of the lower limiting centering module and an inner cylinder body of the negative pressure anchoring module are sequentially connected from top to bottom. The device can adapt to sea areas with different water depths and construction of different pile diameters, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
