A switch electrically connected with the water pump is arranged in the waterproof box; the driving mechanism comprises a regulation and control part and a buoyancy part, the lower end of the buoyancy part penetrates out of the bottom of the waterproof box and is vertically and movably connected with the waterproof box, the two ends of the regulation and control part are hinged to the waterproof box and movably connected with the buoyancy part, and the regulation and control part is connected with an elastic part abutting against the buoyancy part; when the buoyancy piece floats upwards and drives the regulation and control piece to rotate towards the top of the waterproof box, the buoyancy piece abuts against and starts the switch, and the elastic piece provides downward pressure for the buoyancy piece; when the buoyancy piece descends and drives the control piece to rotate towards the bottom of the waterproof box, the buoyancy piece is separated from and closes the switch, and the elastic piece provides upper supporting force for the buoyancy piece.
