A second connecting plate at the end of the steel structure beam is clamped into a rectangular clamping groove of an elastic supporting sleeve, then the elastic supporting sleeve is driven by a driving piece to slide in a conical groove, so that the elastic supporting sleeve is elastically contracted, and then a check block is clamped into a clamping space defined by the second connecting plate, a first connecting plate and the steel structure beam; therefore, the steel structure beam is rapidly installed in the elastic supporting sleeve, namely, the steel structure column and the steel structure beam are rapidly connected, and compared with a connecting mode adopting a plurality of screws in the prior art, the installation efficiency is improved at least to a certain degree.
