The invention relates to a steel structure corridor outdoor high-altitude reversely-hung aluminum plate assembly type suspended ceiling system which is characterized in that an aluminum plate suspended ceiling is hung on an I-shaped steel beam at the bottom of a steel structure corridor through an adjustable fixing piece, and the aluminum plate suspended ceiling is formed by splicing a plurality of splicing units; the adjustable fixing piece comprises a left C-shaped clamping piece, a right C-shaped clamping piece, a left adjusting hanging rod, a right adjusting hanging rod and a hanging rod, clamping plates are fixed to the bottoms of the C-shaped clamping pieces, the top of the hanging plate is detachably connected between the clamping plates of the two C-shaped clamping pieces through bolts, and transverse clamping pieces extending outwards are fixed to the two sides of the bottom of the hanging plate respectively. The top ends and the bottom ends of the hanging rods are connected between the C-shaped clamping pieces and the transverse clamping pieces on the corresponding sides correspondingly. According to the suspended ceiling system, the aluminum plate suspended ceiling is ingeniously and firmly hoisted and fixed to the bottom of the steel structure corridor, the height of the suspended ceiling can be adjusted, and practical application of the suspended ceiling system provides a feasible basis for technical research of large-area high-altitude reversely-hung aluminum plate suspended ceilings on the lower portion of a steel structure; and safe construction and construction quality of the large-area high-altitude reversely-hung aluminum plate suspended ceiling are ensured.
本发明为一种钢结构连廊室外高空反挂铝板装配式吊顶系统,钢结构连廊底部的工字钢梁上通过可调固定件吊装有铝板吊顶,铝板吊顶由若干块拼装单元拼装而成;可调固定件包括左右两个C型卡件、左右两个调节吊杆及一个吊杆,C型卡件底部固定有夹板,吊板的顶部通过螺栓可拆连接在两个C型卡件的夹板之间,吊板底部的两侧分别固定有向外延设的横卡件,吊杆的顶端和底端分别连接在对应侧的C型卡件和横卡件之间。本发明巧妙且牢固的将铝板吊顶吊装固定在钢结构连廊的底部,并且可对吊顶高度进行调节,该吊顶系统的实际应用为钢结构下部大面积高空反挂铝板吊顶技术研究提供了切实可行的依据,确保了大面积高空反挂铝板吊顶的安全施工和施工质量。
