The invention relates to the field of green buildings, in particular to a green building structure capable of reducing carbon emission, which comprises a building main body, a planting roof, a transparent cover shell, a spraying device, a water collecting device and a water circulating device, and is characterized in that the planting roof comprises vegetation planting areas which are distributed in a step shape and are used for planting green plants; the vegetation planting roof is covered with the transparent cover shell, a ventilation opening is formed in the side wall of the transparent cover shell, and a ventilation purification assembly is arranged between the transparent cover shell and a ventilation shaft in the building body; the spraying device is mounted in the transparent housing and comprises a spraying pipe and a plurality of rotating nozzles; the water collecting device comprises a water collecting box arranged at the bottom of the building main body, a water collecting pipe mounted outside the building main body and a second filter cartridge mounted in the water collecting box; the water circulating device comprises a water pump arranged at the bottom of the building body and a water circulating pipe installed outside the building body, one end of the water circulating pipe is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the water circulating pipe is communicated with the spraying pipe.
