The device comprises an embedded part embedded in the outer surface of a building, wall connecting parts installed on the embedded part, a vertical rod penetrating through at least two wall connecting parts and fixed to the wall connecting parts, and an annular horseshoe lock fixedly arranged on the edge of one side of a hanging basket. At least two sets of embedded parts, wall connecting parts, vertical rods and annular horseshoe locks are arranged in the transverse direction. During working, the annular horseshoe locks are arranged on the corresponding vertical rods in a sleeving mode and located between the two wall connecting pieces. The anti-falling device is simple in structure and reliable in anti-falling, friction force can be greatly increased in time, the hanging basket is prevented from continuously falling, and meanwhile limiting protection is provided for the hanging basket.
